A half hour, once or twice a week, is all you need to learn techniques and practices that will help in managing stress, which we all encounter in our daily lives – especially during/after the global COVID-19 pandemic. York University Faculty of Health Prof Harvey Skinner and Susan Harris will teach how simple Qi Gong, Mindfulness Meditation and Capacitar practices can empower us to care for our health and well-being through 30 Minutes of Wellness Practices.
